Application: ELISA and Western blot. Suggested dilution for blotting is 1:10-1:100 and for ELISA 1:20-1:500. Application and dilutions need to be determined by end users. It may not blot well due to its conformational sensitivity to the antigen.
Storage:  Short term store at 2-8° C (up to 6 months). Long term, aliquot and store at 20° C. Avoid freeze/thaw cycles.
